About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and service enhancement.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design and manage projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of process changes.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational improvements.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and standard operating procedures.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.




- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or continuous improvement roles.
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), or other relevant methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and responsibilities across remote and on-site work.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to change management.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is an asset.
- Must be available for hybrid work based in Cuernavaca, Morelos .
