Our client, a dynamic recruitment agency, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a part-time, fully remote basis. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process for various clients, focusing on sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates for open positions using online job boards, social media, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screenings.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support senior consultants with various recruitment tasks as needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the initial stages of the recruitment process.
- Contribute to building talent pipelines for key client roles.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and online sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Comfortable using technology for communication and task management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
