Key Responsibilities

- Assist with data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
- Support the preparation of bank reconciliations.
- Assist in processing invoices and payments.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data entry and basic analysis.
- Familiarity with online accounting software is a plus.
