Carrier in Guanajuato, Mexico is seeking a Sr NPI Engineer to drive industrial chiller product introductions and manufacturing readiness. You will coordinate between Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production to ensure technical accuracy and controlled execution of engineering changes.
You will lead manufacturability reviews, manage BOMs and drawings, support assembly and testing, and coordinate cross-functional teams across integral sites to ensure on-time, quality
