Luxury Real Estate Advisor

Our client, a prestigious international real estate firm, is expanding its network and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Luxury Real Estate Advisor to join their fully remote team. This role is idóneo for an experienced professional who excels in client relations, sales, and property marketing, with a specific focus on the high-end property market. You will be responsible for managing client portfolios, identifying bespoke property solutions, and facilitating high-value transactions from anywhere in the world. While the role is remote, a deep understanding of luxury real estate markets, particularly those accessible from Tijuana, Baja California , and a commitment to exceptional client service are paramount. This is a remote-first opportunity designed for peak performance and global reach.

Key Responsibilities

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and international clients.
- Identify, source, and present exclusive luxury properties tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research to provide expert advice on property values, investment potential, and market trends in relevant luxury segments.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry and property viewing arrangements (virtually or locally managed)



to negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for luxury listings, utilizing digital channels and exclusive networks.
- Ensure a seamless and discreet client experience, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (legal, financial) to facilitate complex transactions.
- Stay abreast of global luxury real estate trends, competitor activities, and emerging luxury markets.
- Actively seek new business opportunities through networking and strategic outreach.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales or a related high-end sales environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value transactions and building rapport with affluent clients.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a professional and sophisticated demeanor.
- Strong understanding of the luxury property market, including trends and client expectations.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and virtual presentation technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote setup.
