The TA Intern will provide day-to-day support to the Integral Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience and to assist in expediting the recruiting process.
# Job Description## Responsibilities :* + Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, scheduling and selection of the best candidate.
+ Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes.
+ Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.
+ Support and contribute to the company's diversity and inclusion recruiting strategy.
+ Special projects or assignments as needed.
+ Support college recruiting.

## Requirements:* + * hours per week: hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Hours are 7am to 1pm (or 3pm) + Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
+ Graduation date December ** or later.
+ People-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-orientated environment.
+ Strong verbal and communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
+ Out of the box thinker who takes initiative, is a self-starter and brings creative ideas.
