About the Role

Our client, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of children in underserved communities, is seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinador(a) de Programas de Bienestar Infantil . This position is entirely remote, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere in Mexico. You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and oversight of various programs designed to promote the holistic well-being of children, including educational support, health initiatives, and recreational activities. The adecuado candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of child development, and a proven track record in program management within the non-profit sector. This is a critical role for driving positive change in the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage child welfare programs in alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic goals.
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to support program delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, collecting data and preparing reports on progress and impact.
- Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
- Identify funding opportunities and contribute to grant writing efforts to secure financial support for programs.
- Ensure all program activities comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.




- Advocate for the needs of children and families within the community and at relevant forums.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Social Work, Child Development, Public Health, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the non-profit sector with a focus on child welfare or development.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, grant writing, and reporting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis and evaluation methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for child advocacy and a commitment to social justice.
