About the Role

This role is instrumental in developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for a diverse range of construction projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, coordinating design information, and ensuring model integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Coordinate models from various disciplines to identify and resolve clashes and design conflicts.
- Generate detailed drawings, visualizations, and reports from BIM models.
- Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the project team.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers through virtual communication channels.
- Assist in the development of BIM execution plans (BEPs).
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of model data for quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and workflows.




- Stay abreast of the latest BIM technologies, software updates, and industry trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Designer, Modeler, or Coordinator.
- Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Experience with clash detection and resolution processes.
- Excellent understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
