Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes and production strategies remotely.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Design factory layouts and workflows, ensuring optimal space utilization and material flow, coordinating with local teams.
- Specify requirements for new equipment and technologies, assisting with their virtual implementation planning.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Conduct virtual process audits and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with plant managers, engineers, and production staff through virtual communication channels.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide remote support for problem resolution.




- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing production methods and systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement culture by sharing best practices and innovative ideas.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to analyze complex production systems and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools for process design.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with statistical software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience with project management and leading initiatives.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup for remote work.
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
