About the Role

This role is central to enhancing project efficiency, coordination, and design quality through advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric design techniques. You will lead the implementation and management of BIM workflows across various projects, developing sophisticated parametric models that optimize design solutions. The idóneo candidate possesses deep technical expertise in BIM software and a strong understanding of computational design. Key Responsibilities

- Implement and manage BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects.
- Develop and maintain complex BIM models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Utilize parametric design tools (e.g., Grasshopper) to explore design options and optimize performance.
- Create and manage content libraries and templates for BIM projects.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP teams using BIM.
- Train and support project teams on BIM software and best practices.
- Develop custom scripts and plugins to enhance BIM capabilities.
- Review and audit BIM models for quality assurance and compliance.




- Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and parametric design.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design with a strong focus on BIM implementation.
- Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Archicad, or Vectorworks.
- Demonstrated experience with parametric design tools like Grasshopper for Rhino.
- Strong understanding of computational design principles and their application.
- Experience in developing and managing BIM standards and protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train and mentor others.
- Knowledge of various project delivery methods and their integration with BIM.
- Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools integrated with BIM.
