Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, loss prevention, or a related retail operations role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing loss prevention strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with the retail environment in Zapopan, Jalisco is advantageous.
