About the Role

Our client, a dynamic leader in Servicios Inmobiliarios , is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Director of Commercial Real Estate Operations to lead their operations team on a fully remote basis. This executive role is responsible for overseeing the management, leasing, and operational efficiency of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across various regions. The adecuado candidate will possess extensive experience in commercial real estate operations, strong leadership capabilities, exceptional financial acumen, and a proven ability to drive performance and value from a distance. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial real estate portfolio, including property management, leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance property value, optimize occupancy rates, and maximize profitability.
- Manage budgets, P&L; statements, and capital expenditure plans for the portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team of property managers and leasing agents in a remote environment.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards .
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements .
- Work closely with leasing and marketing teams to execute successful leasing strategies.




- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on portfolio performance and operational status.
- Foster strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and key stakeholders .

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field .
- An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate operations management .
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial property portfolios (office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties).
- Strong understanding of leasing, property management, financial analysis, and asset management principles .
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams remotely .
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities .
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
- Proficiency with property management software and CRM systems .
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment , demonstrating self-discipline and strong organizational skills.
