About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and design-savvy Arquitecto/a de Diseño de Interiores y Mobiliario to craft exceptional interior spaces and select/design key furnishings for their projects in Saltillo, Coahuila . This role demands a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of spatial design, and a passion for creating environments that are both functional and aesthetically inspiring. You will be responsible for developing interior design concepts, selecting finishes and materials, and specifying or designing custom furniture that complements the overall architectural vision. Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative interior design concepts for various architectural projects. Create detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and millwork details. Select and specify interior finishes, materials, lighting, and furnishings. Design custom furniture pieces and oversee their fabrication and installation. Collaborate with architects and clients to ensure interior designs align with architectural intent and client preferences. Prepare material palettes, mood boards, and 3D visualizations for client presentations.



Ensure all interior designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations. Manage the procurement and installation of FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and furniture design/specification. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse interior design projects and custom furniture designs. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent understanding of spatial design, color theory, materials, and lighting. Experience in furniture design and fabrication processes is highly desirable. Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
