About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced MLOps and AI Automation Engineer to join their innovative team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Mexico. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and automated machine learning infrastructure and pipelines. The idóneo candidate has a strong background in both software engineering and machine learning operations, with a passion for streamlining AI workflows. This role is crucial for accelerating the deployment and management of AI models in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines for machine learning model development, training, validation, and deployment.
- Automate AI workflows using CI/CD best practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Develop and maintain infrastructure for deploying and scaling machine learning models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform).
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for AI models in production.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure seamless integration and operationalization of models.
- Manage containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Develop scripts and tools to automate common AI/ML tasks and infrastructure management.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of AI/ML systems.




- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MLOps infrastructure and deployed models.
- Stay current with emerging MLOps tools, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their ML services.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, essential for a remote team.
