About the Role

Our client is pioneering the future of healthcare delivery and is seeking a dedicated Pharmaceutical Specialist to join their innovative Telemedicine team. This role operates entirely remotely, allowing you to leverage technology to provide expert pharmaceutical care and consultations to patients across the nation, with a focus on serving the communities around Hermosillo, Sonora and beyond. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap in healthcare access by providing medication management, patient education, and support through virtual channels. Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive medication management services via telehealth platforms.
- Conduct virtual patient consultations to assess medication adherence, identify potential issues, and offer solutions.
- Educate patients on their medications, disease states, and healthy lifestyle choices through remote channels.
- Collaborate with remote healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and follow up on prescribed therapies through virtual means.
- Develop and utilize digital tools and resources for patient education and engagement.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all patient interactions and care plans within the electronic health record system.
- Stay informed about telehealth best practices, digital health technologies, and evolving pharmacy regulations.




- Respond to patient inquiries and provide support via phone, video conferencing, and secure messaging.

Requirements

- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent.
- Current and valid pharmacist license in Mexico .
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct patient care pharmacy (e.g., clinical, community).
- Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude for utilizing technology in healthcare delivery, including telehealth platforms and EMR systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically in a virtual setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload of patients remotely.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and standard office software.
