About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).
- Create original, high-quality visual content (graphics, photos, short videos) and compelling written copy tailored for each platform.
- Schedule and publish posts, ensuring optimal timing for audience engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and relevant industry conversations, responding promptly and professionally.
- Engage with followers, foster community interaction, and build brand loyalty.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategy optimization.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Excellent visual content creation skills (graphic design, video editing) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
