About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics within the consumer goods sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies and business plans to achieve growth objectives.
- Spearhead the launch of new products and services, including market analysis, positioning, and go-to-market planning.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies.




- Develop compelling business cases and presentations to secure internal and external support for new initiatives.
- Manage the P&L; for assigned market segments or product lines, ensuring profitability targets are met.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in consumer goods marketing and development.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in market development, brand management, product management, or strategic sales within the consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products or entering new markets.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in market research methodologies and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce strategies is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
