About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing hospitality group, is seeking a visionary Director of Talent and Organizational Development to lead their human capital strategies. This senior leadership role, based in Acapulco, Guerrero , is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive programs for talent acquisition, development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. The idóneo candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources, organizational psychology, and change management, with a proven ability to foster a positive and high-performing work culture. You will partner closely with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of top talent across the organization. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy, including acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversee all aspects of organizational development, including change management, employee engagement, and culture building.
- Design and implement effective performance management systems and career development programs.
- Lead the talent acquisition function, ensuring the attraction of high-caliber candidates.
- Develop and deliver leadership training and development programs.




- Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that promotes equal opportunities.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs and develop strategic HR solutions.
- Manage HR operations, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HRIS.
- Stay abreast of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Champion employee well-being and build a strong employer brand.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on talent and organizational development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful talent management and OD programs.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compensation and benefits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive culture.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- Familiarity with the local labor market in Acapulco, Guerrero is a plus.
