About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis, consumer insights, and business goals.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
- Translate product strategy into detailed product specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with R&D;, design, engineering, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Manage the product launch process, including developing go-to-market strategies, pricing, and promotional plans.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on products to improve user experience and market fit.




- Act as the product evangelist, communicating the product vision and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage product lifecycle, including end-of-life planning and sunsetting strategies for mature products.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the FMCG industry in Tijuana, Baja California.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Spanish; English language skills are highly desirable.
