Teva is seeking a Unified Communications Professional III in Mexico City to own and improve the enterprise collaboration stack across Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Poly, Crestron, and related AV/VC platforms. You will partner with stakeholders, vendors, and regional teams to ensure reliable, secure end-user experiences and drive continuous improvement.
The role requires 8–10+ years in UC/AV, strong MS Teams expertise, and a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 integrations.
