Staff Software Engineer (Node.js, AWS) at Baires Dev
In this role, you'll take a product capability from idea to production, working directly with the people who use it.
You'll bring technical leadership to a Node.js and Type Script platform on AWS while staying close to the code.
What You'll Do
Own a product capability from design through delivery and operation.
Turn product goals into working software.
Design and evolve event-driven services on AWS.
Work with end users to shape requirements.
Use AI-assisted development across the delivery cycle.
Keep services healthy in production.
What We Are Looking For
6+ years of experience building backend systems with Node.js and Type Script.
Background designing event-driven microservices architectures in production.
Hands-on work with AWS-hosted platforms.
Track record taking software to production and owning its operation.
Comfort using AI-assisted development tools.
Skill working directly with end users.
Advanced level of English.
