Experience:
6–8 years in the services sector, specifically within Human Resources, staffing, specialized services, headhunting, and field marketing/promoter management.
Role Overview & Requirements:
Proven leadership background with direct report management.
Strong focus on KPI tracking, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Responsible for leading the commercial team at a national level.
Advanced / Fluent English.
