and feeding when neededProvide medication reminders according to the client's care planAssist with mobility and transfers when appropriatePerform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean and safe home environmentDocument care activities and follow individualized care plansCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and members of the care teamRespect client privacy, dignity, independence, and personal boundariesWhat We're Looking For5+ years of caregiving experienceReliable, trustworthy, and respectful of client boundariesPhysically capable of assisting with transfers or other mobile limitsComfortable providing personal care, including care for male clientsEmpathetic, patient, and understandingAttentive to client needs and able to adapt to different personalities and care situationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDependable and professionalPrevious caregiver experience preferredActive California Home Care Aide (HCA) registrationCurrent TB test result or chest X-ray documentationLegally authorized to work in the U.S.Valid driver's license and active auto insuranceWhy Join Us?
