You will play a critical role driving supplier performance, leading fast containment and recovery actions, and securing the quality of materials that impact our operations and customers.What will you do?
Lead supplier quality issue resolution, ensuring rapid reaction to non‐conforming materials and production disruptionsDrive containment actions with suppliers, including sorting, material review in transit, and immediate risk mitigation to protect productionOwn corrective action processes with suppliers, including 8D follow‐up, root cause validation, and implementation of permanent solutionsEnsure strong execution of containment, correction and mitigation plans with clear timelines and accountabilityCoordinate RMA processes and supplier return authorizations to avoid excess quarantine inventory and operational delaysMonitor and manage supplier‐related quarantined material, ensuring no aging beyond acceptable limits and quick dispositionPerform PPAP approvals, including documentation review and dimensional validations to ensure supplier readinessTrack and document supplier quality issues, maintaining clear records and driving closure with urgency and ownershipBuild strong relationships with plant teams, maintaining close communication with production and quality to ensure fast decision‐making and alignmentContinuously assess supplier performance and drive improvements in material quality and process stabilityWhat are the key skills we are looking for?

4+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, ideally with direct exposure to the manufacturing floorBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldAdvanced English level requiredProven experience managing supplier corrective actions, containment plans, and continuous improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of PPAP, 8D, PFMEA, control plans, and quality audits across multiple manufacturing processesExperience in supplier quality engineering rolesGreen Belt certification or statistical training is desirableDemonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and drive issues to closure with speed and disciplineStrong ownership mindset with the ability to hold suppliers accountable while maintaining constructive relationshipsWhat's in it for me?
