You will also be the face of our streamlined customer service.How You Spend Your Eight HoursReconcile FACS balance to the client systemEnsure proper crediting in FACS for payments postedUse websites and other online resources to obtain the status of payment or denial from the insurance carrierWhen online resources are not available or do not provide the necessary information, call the insurance carrier to inquire about the status of payment or denialInput in FACS the outcome of the status check and decide the next step on the account based on outlined department and client-specific proceduresReview correspondence, note accounts, and follow up as neededVerify that correspondence is sent to be scanned on the accounts for future referenceTie or untie accounts from the route to ensure they follow proper workflowUse appropriate work queues and reports to prioritize work efforts,
