- Greet and assist prospective clients over the phone to determine their legal needs, questions, and reasons for outreach.
- Provide clear, accurate information about the firm’s legal and immigration services to build client trust and confidence.
- Use consultative sales techniques to persuade customers to acquire services and schedule formal consultations with the legal team.
- Build secure, lasting relationships with clients by delivering consistent, thoughtful service tailored to diverse backgrounds and interests.

What we’re looking for:





- Conversational English Skills
- Full-time availability to work assigned operational schedules.
- Call center and sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
