Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for supporting end-to-end hiring activities across professional services, consulting, healthcare IT, ERP, technology, operations, and corporate functions. This includes recruiting for Healthcare IT Consultants (Epic, Workday, Oracle Health), ERP professionals, project managers, analysts, software developers, recruiters, operations professionals, and other business support positions. This role partners with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and advance qualified candidates through the hiring process while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment activities for assigned openings from intake through offer acceptance.





- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and direct outreach.

- Conduct candidate screenings and present qualified talent to hiring managers.

- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain accurate candidate records in Bullhorn and other recruiting systems.

- Support offer creation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

- Build pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring hiring needs.

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

- Experience recruiting professional, consulting, technology, healthcare, operations, or

corporate talent preferred.

- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

- Experience using ATS or recruiting platforms preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
