We are hiring Bilingual Legal Intake & Sales Agents for our on-site team in central Mexico City (steps from Metro Revolución / Hidalgo & Metrobús Amajac).

In this role, you will connect via inbound and outbound calls with individuals in the United States who are actively seeking legal representation—and often comparing multiple options at the same time. Your mission is to build genuine trust within the first seconds of the call, qualify their case with empathy and precision, overcome hesitation, and guide them step-by-step through completing their digital agreement on the spot.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

- Engage & Build Instant Trust: Contact warm prospects via outbound and inbound calls, opening every conversation with natural warmth, confidence, and authority.
- Identify Needs & Qualify Cases: Conduct structured, empathetic interviews to evaluate each caller’s situation against our partner law firms' criteria.
- Consultative One-Call Closing: Present the value of our partner firms, handle objections or comparisons with competing options, and create the urgency needed to secure the sign-up on the same call.
- Guide the E-Signature & Follow Up: Walk clients smoothly through completing and e-signing their digital forms over the phone,



and follow up diligently on pending callbacks.
- Accurate CRM Documentation & Compliance: Type and update case details in real time across our CRM and cloud dialer (Five9 or similar) while strictly protecting client confidentiality and following compliance disclosures.

What We’re Looking For:

- Near-Native Spoken English (C1/C2) & U.S. Cultural Fluency: You can hold an unscripted, natural conversation with Americans from any background. (Having lived, studied, or worked in the U.S.—or deep exposure to U.S. culture—is a huge plus!)
- 6+ Months in U.S.-Facing Sales, Closing, or Intake: Proven experience in bilingual call center sales, legal intake, insurance, retention, or consultative phone closing.
- Unshakable Composure & Resilience: Callers may be stressed, skeptical, or ask direct personal questions ("Where are you calling from?"). You handle every question calmly, honestly, and confidently without ever losing control of the call.
- Fast, Accurate Typing & Multitasking: Ability to navigate a CRM, type detailed intake answers, and guide a caller through an electronic form without losing conversational flow.
- Education & Discipline: Completed high school diploma (some college is a plus), strong organization, and a track record of hitting daily KPIs and attendance goals.
