Vice President, Culinary, Nutrition & Hospitality Experience
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Cancún, Quintana Roo, México (on-site, multi-site leadership)
Type: Full-time, executive
About Beond
Beond is a licensed medical retreat in Cancún, México, where world-class clinical care meets the standard of a luxury wellness resort. More than 100 guests a month come to Beond for transformational mental health, recovery, and optimization programs, supported by a team of physicians, critical-care nurses, coaches, and hospitality professionals. Our guests are accustomed to the finest hotels, clinics, and longevity destinations in the world, and they expect Beond to match them.
The Opportunity
As Beond grows into new programs and new locations, we are adding a senior executive to lead and elevate our entire culinary, nutrition, and food and beverage organization. This leader will build on the foundation our current team has established and take it to a world-class, multi-site standard.
At Beond, food is never transactional. It is grounding, relational, and part of the care itself. How a guest is nourished shapes how safe, cared for, and restored they feel. This executive owns that experience end to end: the philosophy, the menus, the kitchens, the service, the people, and the numbers.
This is both a strategic and a hands-on operational role. You will set the vision with the CEO and executive team, and you will also be present in the kitchen and dining room, raising standards day by day. If successful, the role is positioned to expand into broader hospitality leadership across Beond.
What You Will Own
Culinary and nutrition vision
Define Beond's signature culinary and nutrition philosophy, in partnership with our medical and wellness leadership
Design menus that combine nutritional integrity, sensory pleasure, and emotional attunement, adapted to each phase of a guest's program
Create signature dining moments that guests associate unmistakably with Beond
Benchmark against the best luxury resorts, wellness destinations, and longevity clinics, and set the bar above them
Operational excellence across sites
Lead all culinary, nutrition, and food and beverage operations at the Cancún campus and future Beond locations
Build scalable systems for sourcing, purchasing, inventory, preparation, service flow, sanitation, and presentation
Own food safety and hygiene compliance, including Mexican health regulations and internationally recognized standards
Manage individualized dietary needs, allergies, and clinical nutrition protocols with precision and zero tolerance for error
Be visibly present on the floor: in the kitchen, at service, and with guests
People and culture
Lead, develop, and retain the full culinary and F&B; team, including chefs, nutrition staff, service, and stewarding
Assess the current organization, define the right structure and roles, and build a strong leadership bench beneath you
Create a calm, high-trust, high-standards kitchen culture that is demanding without being fear-based
Design staffing and schedules that deliver consistent excellence while preventing burnout
Install training programs so every team member understands the why behind the Beond experience, not just the how
Guest experience integration
Partner closely with clinical, guest services, wellness, and operations leaders so nourishment supports the full guest journey
Ensure dining feels unhurried, personal, and appropriate to where each guest is in their program
Personally engage with guests, gather feedback, and turn it into continuous improvement
Financial stewardship
Own the F&B; budget, food and labor cost targets, vendor contracts, and waste reduction
Report clear monthly metrics on cost, quality, guest satisfaction, and team health
Balance creativity with discipline so excellence is sustainable as Beond scales
Who You Are
10+ years in luxury hospitality food and beverage, with at least 5 years as a senior leader (Director of F&B;, Executive Chef, or above) in a five-star resort, luxury hotel group, destination spa, or longevity and wellness clinic

Deep fluency in nutrition-driven cuisine: plant-forward, anti-inflammatory, therapeutic, and allergen-safe cooking at a refined level
Strong operator: P&L; ownership, cost control, procurement, food safety systems, and audit readiness
A leader people want to work for, with a track record of building and retaining strong teams under pressure
Calm, composed,
and clear in high-demand moments; you set the emotional tone for the room
Polished and confident with discerning, high-profile international guests
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training; nutrition credentials a plus
Absolute discretion: you will work around sensitive guest and organizational information every day
