The adecuado candidate will have a solid background in high volume recruiting of production employees in a manufacturing organization. This candidate not only knows how to recruit great talent, but also to communicate critical and meaningful data to global leadership. A subject matter expert in labor trends and best practices as they pertain to production and manufacturing talent is crucial, as is strategic thinking to lead the local team as National Pen grows in 2022 and beyond. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle: postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers for direct and indirect labor for National Pen. • Manage the development of an in-house recruiting team and own the relationship with local staffing agencies. • Responsible for the management, mentorship, and development of the sourcing team; coach the team on best practices for partnering with hiring managers in identifying, engaging, and advocating for candidates and managers. • Introduce innovative sourcing methods, including leveraging your knowledge of organizations, platforms, and networks, to attract and engage prospective candidates. • Partner closely with managers and business leaders to understand ongoing priorities & objectives; building a high impact, high velocity sourcing strategy that increases pipeline development while hiring the talent required to drive business success. • Track and analyze data on sourcing and conversion efforts to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed, present to leadership weekly. • Collaborate with production hiring managers to understand their hiring needs daily. • Cultivate relationships with local universities, trade schools,



and government organizations to ensure National Pen stays top of mind as an attractive local employer. • Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles. • Own communication between recruiting, HR and the local and global leadership.

Experiencia y requisitos

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline. • 3+ years’ experience in a leadership position recruiting in a high volume, multiple shift manufacturing environment. • Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems. • Proven track record achieving lofty, metrics-driven hiring goals, preferably in a growing manufacturing environment and the ability to present on metrics weekly. • Organized and self-motivated to prioritize with high attention to detail. • A natural sense of urgency to execute quickly and efficiently. • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization. • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format in the language of operations and build relationships with company leadership. • Consistently communicates and shares information with stakeholders. • Interacts effectively with people of diverse backgrounds. • Establishes a reputation as a neutral, approachable professional within the department, across business units, and with external contacts. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position leads a team of two recruiters and will build the team further with additional staff in 2022. This position reports directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, The America’s Physical Demands: Prolonged sitting and standing may be required.
