Work you’ll do/Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse integral clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of clients facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.
• Supporting SAP GTS configuration, testing, and trade content maintenance activities (e.g., Compliance Management, Customs Management, Trade Preference modules) under the guidance of Senior Consultants and Managers
• Own assigned workstream activities, deliverables, and project tasks from planning through completion.
• Facilitate or support discovery sessions to understand business requirements, operational challenges, compliance obligations, and technology gaps.
• Helping importers and exporters achieve worldwide compliance and realize efficiencies in their global supply chain.
• Participate in advising U.
S. and foreign multinational companies on global import and export strategies and compliance.
• Working with clients and engagement teams to assess and deploy SAP GTS and related technology solutions to enable international trade management operations
• Process improvement planning and implementation assistance
• Develop and execute unit, system integration, regression, and user acceptance test scenarios.
• Prepare test scripts, test data, expected results, defect logs, and testing status reports.
• Support defect triage,



root-cause analysis, issue resolution, retesting, and quality tracking.
• Participate in cutover planning, deployment readiness activities, go-live support, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Support the development of user guides, training materials, job aids, and knowledge-transfer content.
• Trade compliance audit assistance and representation before trade authorities around the world. The Team Our Global Trade practice is a national practice within Deloitte Tax LLP's Indirect Tax business and advises U.
S. and foreign multinational companies on global import and export strategies, compliance, and technology enablement. The Global Trade practice is composed of attorneys, operations experts, technology specialists, customs brokers, auditors, and trade management professionals who help importers and exporters achieve worldwide compliance and realize efficiencies and advantages in their global supply chain. The group works with clients to assess and potentially automate their international trade management procedures within all major trading regions. Qualifications Required
• 6 -10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
• Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams
• Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions
• Advanced English level
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires USI Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 days per week
• 2+ years' relevant SAP consulting experience
• Experience supporting business requirements gathering, process analysis, workshops, fit-gap assessments, functional documentation, testing, or deployment activities
• Experience implementing one or more of the following SAP GTS Modules:
• Compliance Management
• Customs Management
• Trade Preference
• Basic understanding of one or more global trade processes, including customs, import/export compliance, restricted-party screening, classification, licenses, country of origin, or trade preference.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written,

• Prior consulting experience
• Advanced degree such as MST, MAcc, JD, or LLM
• Foreign language skills or study abroad experience
• Experience with SAP GTS, edition for SAP HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, APIs, or integration platforms.
• Experience with SAP GTS integration to S/4HANA, SD, MM, LE, EWM, TM, finance, master data, or external trade-content providers.
• Experience creating functional designs, process maps, configuration documentation, test scripts, training materials, or implementation plans.
