Position Overview An international fintech company is seeking an experienced Legal & Compliance Manager to oversee its legal and regulatory compliance functions in Mexico. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and maintaining the company's local compliance framework, ensuring adherence to Mexican financial regulations and supporting its consumer lending operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead legal and regulatory compliance activities in accordance with applicable Mexican laws and financial regulations.
• Oversee compliance with CNBV and CONDUSEF requirements, including regulatory reporting and communications with relevant authorities.
• Develop, implement and maintain AML/CTF (PLD/FT) policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Provide legal and compliance support for consumer lending, credit products and related business operations.
• Identify regulatory risks, coordinate compliance reviews and audits, and recommend appropriate corrective measures.



Requirements The following qualifications are mandatory:
• Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid Mexican Cédula Competente.
• Valid CNBV PLD/FT Compliance Officer certification.
• Relevant hands-on experience in a SOFOM, fintech, consumer lending or financial services company.
• Practical knowledge of Mexican financial regulations, particularly CNBV and CONDUSEF requirements.
• Experience in AML/CTF (PLD/FT) compliance and regulatory matters.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Salary:
CNY 40,000/month × 13 months, annual salary of CNY 520,000
