fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.Support strategic initiatives and investment decisions with sound financial analysis.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.CPA or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, and internal controls.Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Strong knowledge of accounting principles (e.G., IFRS, GAAP) and financial regulations.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Experience working in a hybrid model, managing both remote and on-site responsibilities.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle).
