Develop, program, troubleshoot, and integrate industrial automation systems.Strong hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal and Siemens PLC programming is required.Design, modify, and optimize PLC logic for automated equipment.Develop and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA systems and operator interfaces.Configure drives, servos, VFDs, sensors, and remote I/O systems.Support FANUC 6-axis robotics and iRVision applications.Troubleshoot electrical, hardware, and software issues in automated systems.Work with machine vision, barcode readers, and industrial communication protocols, including Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and EtherCAT.Assist with electrical design, control panel layouts, and machine concept development.Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), equipment commissioning, and validation.Support equipment installation, startup, integration, and performance improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.
