QA Engineer, Software - UIPosition SummaryWe are hiring a Senior QA Engineer to own the quality of our web UI and native and hybrid mobile applications (iOS and Android).
You will design the test strategy, build & maintain reliable automation, lead and mentor other QA engineers while working closely with teams distributed across the world.ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the test strategy, plans and cases for web UI, native/hybrid mobile (iOS/Android) applications, translating use cases and acceptance criteria into functional, regression, integration and exploratory testsDesign, build and maintain reusable, reliable and scalable test automation frameworks for UI, mobile and API layers, integrated into CI/CD pipelines for fast release feedback; setup & manage real IoTdevices for automation test suiteEnsure the best possible quality, performance, UX, accessibility and responsiveness across devices, OS versions, screen sizes and browsers, including consistent behavior of hybrid apps on iOS and AndroidIdentify performance bottlenecks and defect trends through stress testing of the applications for performance and root-cause analysis, partner with developers on fixes, and research and adopt new testing tools and practicesMUST HAVEExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of peopleStrong leadership and organizational skills: the ability to influence, motivate, coach and mentor other engineers, prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail, and work independently or collaboratively, taking initiative and staying productive under pressureBachelor's degree in Computer Science5+ years of experience in software QA,
