Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Torre Cuarzo, Reforma, CDMX
Work modality: On-site only
Start Date: October 19th

Service Window

- Monday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Your specific schedule will be assigned within this service window.

Days Off

- 2 consecutive days off

Requirements

- Advanced English – verbal and written




- 1+ year of call center experience
- At least 10 months of tenure in their most recent position
- Good computer skills
- Ability to commute to our site within 70 minutes or less

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls
- Complete extensive customer verification processes
- Efficiently navigate multiple systems and tools
- Provide professional and high-quality customer service
