Job Title: Appointment Setter (GoHighLevel CRM)

Rate: $4 - $6 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time

Job Description:

As an Appointment Setter, you will manage inbound leads, nurture prospective clients, and support appointment conversions. This role is adecuado for someone experienced in appointment setting, lead management, and customer communication who can respond quickly, maintain professionalism under high lead volume, and deliver an excellent customer experience in a remote environment.

Requirements:

- Proficient in English
- Professional and empathetic communication style
- Hands-on experience with Go High Level CRM
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who can manage a lead pipeline independently
- Great communicator, comfortable on the phone
- Familiarity with funeral, burial, and cremation industries (preferred) treated as a plus
- Capable of using Google Maps to align meetings efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads in a timely manner
- Set qualified appointments and manage the scheduling process
- Maintain accurate,



up-to-date records within Go High Level
- Represent the company professionally in every lead interaction

- ​Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
- Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
