We are looking for a skilled Video Editor with 4+ years of professional experience who understands both video editing and social media content strategy.

The adecuado candidate knows how to create high-quality videos that capture attention, keep viewers engaged, and perform well on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Excellent English is mandatory in speaking, writing, listening, and comprehension.

Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing, and advertising.
- Create strong hooks, engaging storytelling, and effective pacing to increase viewer retention.
- Understand social media algorithms, trends, engagement strategies, and platform best practices.
- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, motion graphics, and calls to action.
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short clips.
- Follow creative direction, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.





Requirements

- 4+ years of professional video-editing experience.
- Excellent English communication skills in speaking, writing, listening, and comprehension.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects, Photoshop, or CapCut is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media content strategy, hooks, algorithms, audience retention, and engagement.
- Experience editing both short-form and long-form content.
- Strong storytelling, pacing, and creative skills.
- A professional portfolio or video reel is required.

Important: We are not looking for someone who only knows how to edit videos. We need someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, keep watching, and engage with content.
