Job Description

A U.S.-based solar energy company, is looking for an experienced, motivated Bilingual Appointment Setter to join our team remotely from Mexico.

Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to homeowners in the United States who have previously expressed interest in solar energy, following up with existing leads, and scheduling qualified appointments for our solar sales representatives.

We provide the leads, calling software, and training. No cold prospecting required for this position.

Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls using our power dialer.
- Follow up with existing leads, missed appointments, and homeowners who previously expressed interest.
- Schedule qualified solar consultations for our sales team.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners in both English and Spanish.
- Update customer information, appointment details, and call notes in our CRM.
- Follow provided scripts and appointment qualification guidelines.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.

Requirements

- Fluent English and Spanish — strong verbal communication skills in both languages are required.
- Previous outbound calling, telemarketing,



or appointment-setting experience.
- Experience speaking with U.S. customers preferred.
- Solar industry experience is a strong plus.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and quiet workspace.
- Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.
