About the RoleOur client is looking for a dynamic and organized Coordinador/a de Actividades Extracurriculares para Preescolar to enrich the learning experience of young children in Zapopan, Jalisco.
This role focuses on planning, organizing, and overseeing a variety of engaging after-school and weekend activities designed to foster creativity, physical development, and social skills.
The idóneo candidate is enthusiastic, possesses strong leadership qualities, and has a genuine passion for working with young children.
You will be responsible for developing a diverse program of activities, managing schedules, coordinating instructors, and ensuring a safe and fun environment for all participants.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the holistic development of children outside of the traditional classroom setting.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a diverse schedule of extracurricular activities for preschool-aged children (e.G., arts and crafts, sports, music, drama, STEM).
Source and coordinate with qualified instructors and external facilitators for specialized activities.Ensure a safe and supervised environment for all children participating in extracurricular programs.Manage program logistics, including registration, scheduling, and resource allocation.Communicate effectively with parents regarding program details, schedules, and their child's participation.Oversee the budget for extracurricular activities,



ensuring cost-effectiveness.Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.Organize special events and workshops related to extracurricular offerings.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Recreation Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning and coordinating programs for children, preferably in an extracurricular or recreational setting.Proven ability to develop engaging and age-appropriate activities for preschoolers.Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of child safety regulations and best practices.Experience in budget management is a plus.Creative, energetic, and positive attitude.Ability to work effectively with a team and independently.Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.BenefitsThis part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage and the rewarding experience of contributing to children's development through fun and engaging activities.
