GE HealthCare seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to manage order fulfillment processes from intake through customer delivery, ensuring contract compliance and coordinating across logistics, customs, billing, and installation teams in Mexico City.
Responsibilities
Plan and oversee full contract fulfillment lifecycle from order entry to collection and delivery
Coordinate with operations directors, logistics, field engineers, finance, and project managers throughout execution
Update key execution dates and milestones across all operational systems for assigned orders
Issue shipping and billing instructions per contract terms and conditions
Provide leadership weekly status reports on assigned orders through local operational mechanisms
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics
2–5 years of demonstrated experience in relevant field
Proficiency in Excel, accounting basics, and reporting
Experience in project management, customer relations, or order management
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and proactively track issues
Prior support of sales teams
Willingness to work extended hours during monthly and quarterly close periods
