Your responsibilities would include:
Creating purchase orders and general agreements
Negotiating with suppliers
Creating and analyzing supplier forecasts
Processing ramp up scenarios for new products and/or suppliers
Following up of change management and logistics requirement of IEE suppliers
Following up on IEE KPI's e.g. material availability
Monitoring inventory levels for production parts
You would need to meet the following requirements:
Degree in Finance, Business administration or related
1 – 3 years experience in equivalent position; automotive experience is an asset
SAP/R3 knowledge in the modules MM) (Material Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) are considered assets
Proficiency with MS Office
Good organizational and communication skills
Key skills:



ability to work autonomously in an international environment; creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative
Fluency in English is required. German and French are considered as assets
