What you will do This position is part of the team supporting the Freight Audit and Payment (FAP) activity for all JCI Business Units.
The position will support the Third-Party Freight Audit and Payment (FAP) company's Carrier Account Manager (CAM).
Responsibility includes attending calls with key carriers along with the FAP Company's CAMs, identifying carriers needing attention of the CAMs, managing the Spot Quote process, and ensuring financial/rating exceptions are cleared in a timely manner.
How you will do it · Support Compliance Analyst within the carrier payment process to driver payment performance to carriers and Third-Party Audit companies.
· Monitoring carrier accounts of responsibility, accounts to ensure they are maintained within contracted terms.
· Engage and work closely with Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments execution.
When required, successfully initiate and monitor until payment Electronic Integral Payment Requests (EGPR).
