The EHS Manager leads Environmental, Health and Safety strategy and performance for the manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Goodyear EHS standards.
This role translates general and regional EHS strategies into plant-level initiatives that improve safety, environmental performance, employee engagement, and business results.
The Plant EHS Manager owns the site EHS Management System and partners across the organization to strengthen a proactive EHS culture.
This leader also builds effective relationships with regulatory agencies, community leaders, and other external stakeholders to support sustainable and compliant operations.

What You Will Do Lead the plant's environmental, health and safety strategy, developing and executing initiatives that support global and regional EHS priorities and facility business objectives.
Serve as the Site EHS Management System Leader, accountable for implementing, deploying, and sustaining the system while coordinating activities across plant processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations and Goodyear requirements while continuously improving EHS management systems, including ISO ***** and preparation for ISO ***** certification.
Partner with plant leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen EHS culture, increase employee engagement and empowerment, support PEC infrastructure, and promote proactive risk management.
Lead EHS governance and establish meaningful leading and lagging performance indicators to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
Build trusted relationships with governmental and regulatory agencies, community leaders, and other external stakeholders to promote transparency and Goodyear's EHS brand.
