Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders.

Ensure a superior candidate experience, representing the client and the consultancy with professionalism.
Mentor and guide junior members of the recruitment team.

Requirements Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in strategic recruitment, executive search, or talent consulting, preferably within a reputable firm.
Demonstrated success in recruiting for senior leadership, executive, and specialized technical roles.
Deep understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies and talent market intelligence.
Exceptional consulting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex organizational needs.
Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools, ATS, and CRM systems.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and build strong client relationships.
Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
