We’re looking for a collections leader with experience in automotive finance or fintech to manage internal teams and coordinate external agencies.

Your impact

Lead the internal team and oversee external collection agencies.

Develop strategies to recover overdue accounts and improve cash flow.

Track recovery, cost, and agency performance metrics.

Manage complex cases and negotiations.

Ensure ethical practices and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

What you bring?

Experience leading collections teams and managing external agencies.

Financial services experience; automotive finance or fintech experience is preferred .

Advanced English.

Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of responsible collections practices and applicable regulations.
