Lead strategic manufacturing projects from planning through execution, ensuring achievement of cost, quality, productivity, capacity, and schedule objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver manufacturing expansion, automation, NPI, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing projects, New Product Introduction (NPI), production transfers, and capacity expansion initiatives.

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and tracking mechanisms.

Coordinate activities across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams.

Manage project risks, scope changes, priorities, and escalations.

Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and financial targets are achieved.

Lead project review meetings with local and global stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement, automation, and productivity initiatives.

Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing lines, equipment, and technologies.

Monitor and report project KPIs and performance metrics.

Present executive-level updates to leadership teams and customers.

Education Required

Bachelor's degree in industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred

Master's degree in business administration (MBA), Operations Management, or Project Management.

Experience

8+ years of manufacturing experience.

5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects.
