Restaurant Partnerships Associate - Remote (U.S. Business Hours) $1,300/month OTE (fixed base + monthly performance commissions)

About Club Feast Club Feast is a national corporate catering platform connecting companies with great local restaurants to run reliable meal programs at scale. We manage thousands of corporate orders every week and are expanding our restaurant partner network nationwide. The Role As a Restaurant Partnerships Associate, you'll grow our restaurant partner network across U.S. markets. A major part of this role is cold outreach (calls and email). You'll identify promising restaurants, connect with owners and decision-makers, and own the full process from first contact through signing and onboarding, building your own pipeline along the way.
What You'll Do Prospect and cold-outreach high-quality restaurants in your assigned markets
Connect with owners and decision-makers and clearly communicate Club Feast's value
Qualify, manage, and close new restaurant partnerships
Coordinate with Restaurant Operations for smooth onboarding
Maintain an organized pipeline in HubSpot and follow up consistently
Share market insights and restaurant feedback with the team

Successfully onboarding new restaurant partners
Building a reliable outbound pipeline
Understanding market-level supply needs
Becoming a trusted contributor to marketplace growth
Who You Are A confident communicator who connects naturally with decision-makers
Comfortable with outbound calling and email outreach
Able to lead business conversations and move opportunities toward a decision
Goal-oriented and motivated by clear targets and performance incentives
Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up
Strong written and spoken English
Available to work during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, finance, and restaurant operations or partnerships.
Compensation $1,300/month on-target earnings ($800 monthly base salary + up to $500 monthly bonus on target results). You'll have the stability of a fixed base plus monthly commissions tied to your performance.
