Job: Full Time Your role As a DevOps Support, you will work on maintaining important applications for leading Integral financial services clients.
L2 Support Engineer and proactive individual with strong application support experience of 4+ years supporting DevOps tools. DevOps tools, Linux environment, distributed systems and troubleshooting system issues.
Required Skills: DevOps tool knowledge with Prometheus, Grafana, SSL load balancers (in addition to SQL & Unix knowledge) Shell Scripting.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to multitask in high paced environment.
Problem solver and To Do attitude, ability to face technical challenges and drive solutions.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer information systems, Computer Science or related field.
3 to 4 years of work experience on DevOps, Linux system platforms.
Roles and responsibilities: Having knowledge of Incident and change management.
Having knowledge of request management.
Must have good hands-on load balancers.
Need Working Knowledge on SCM Tools like Git.
Good Practical Knowledge on Prometheus & Grafana
Must have Practical Knowledge of Scripting like Shell, Groovy.
