Key Responsibilities

Partner with startup founders and hiring managers to define staffing needs and talent profiles.

Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.

Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, particularly in the tech sector.

Develop compelling employer branding messages and job descriptions for startups.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks.

Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience.

Advise clients on recruitment best practices, market compensation, and talent strategy.





Contribute to business development by identifying potential new clients within the startup ecosystem.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on startups or the technology industry.

Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in challenging roles.

Strong understanding of startup culture and the challenges of rapid growth hiring.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.

Proficiency in using ATS and various online sourcing tools.
